3. Borderlands

Touted as the new Left 4 Dead, this game lives up to its expectations, take the 4 player co-op shoot-everything-that-moves style and taking it to new places on next gen consoles.

The games graphics and gameplay should be commended, combining RPG elements with FPS gaming to create a sort of, Final Fantasy Call Of Duty. The game has a huge amount of customisation, weapon slots, grenades, its all there.

The gameplay is amazing, managing to make an FPS RPG is hard enough, let alone make it in a way that the screen doesn't look like coca cola got to it first. it runs smoothly and isn't stop/start gaming. almost mission based, you gain experience, money, items etc killing stuff, which you spend on your characters to evolve, basic RPG stuff. FS comes into play when your killing stuff, free aim, triggers, grenades, the lot.

graphicly its very much an RPG world, fantasy creatures, messed up locations. etc.
