shitstorm

so, mindarie got pretty fuck faced.

marmion - looks like a warzone. there's dirt across both sides of the road, epic lakes covering half the road, with the tops of signs sticking out, the roundabout was a roundaocean (4WD ftw).

mindarie - lots of water damage, most houses seem ok. lost power but got it back before i got home. next to ocean so expecting tsunami during the night.

my house - some tiles came off the roof and nearly killed my neighbours house, had to climb up and fix it.

family friends house - ceiling in bedroom collapsed. no photographic evidence cos she was crying :/

uncles house - flooded. everywhere.

joondalup shopping centre - full report from joe and myself to come. includes video evidence.

schools - most are flooded/damaged. no school tomorrow for many. fingers crossed.

the storm itself - looked so beautiful for such a dangerous thing. why is that always the case? video and photographic evidence to follow.
